Ann Hardison - Yoga Instructor

Ann grew up with a love of dance. Her interest in fitness continued to develop strongly after college. An avid runner and "boot camper" for years, she attended her first yoga class 10 years ago and was instantly hooked. Yoga quickly became her primary form of fitness training.

She completed her 200 hour ryt in the spring of 2011 and has been teaching at various yoga studios around town including the honor of teaching at OMB on tap several times.

Her passion for teaching continues to be fueled with each class, Ann prefers a strong asana practice that encourages yogis to find their edge while giving them plenty of opportunity for modifications. Ann strives to leave you feeling powerful yet peaceful everytime you come to your mat.

Beyond yoga, Ann is passionate about her family which includes her four amazing children, cooking and the outdoors...especially the beach.
