Emily Stacks - Yoga Instructor
Emily has been practicing yoga since 2014 and completed her 200 hour RYT with Jen Eddins at Charlotte Yoga in 2019. Passionate about connecting mind, body and spirit, Emily's power vinyasa flow is rooted in linking breath with movement. A native Charlottean, she enjoys spending her free time with her 3 sisters, reading and painting.
Emily credits her consistent yoga practice with strengthening her resilience and optimism, sparking her creative energy and sharpening her emotional intelligence in the everyday. Through mindful and creative sequencing, her intention as a teacher is to create an environment for students to feel grounded and stable on the mat as they cultivate a powerful personal practice.
Emily encourages her students to recognize their own starting point and appreciate their practice as their own unique journey, remembering that yoga is a practice of observing yourself without judgement. Ultimately, Emily's greatest objective is for her students to move with greater ease on and off their mats.
